Dr.
Edward Martin has over 35 years of experience in all aspects of
environmental/sanitary engineering as both a professor and as a
consultant. He has extensive experience in water and wasterwater
treatment plant and pilot plant design, cost estimating, and operation.
Dr. Martin was a national committee chair for the American Academy of
Environmental Engineers in Risk Assessment, and most recently served on
the Committee of Visitors to review programs for the National Science
Foundation. He has worked in virtually every country in Latin America
and the Caribbean.
